Clipboard Group: The clipboard group has four important options like – cut, copy, paste & format painter.
Clipboard आपके Computer की memory में एक विशेष स्थान होता है, जहां कट (Cut) और कॉपी (Copy) किए गए डेटा को Temporary रूप से संग्रहित (Store) किया जाता है। यह समूह निम्नलिखित विकल्प प्रदान करता है।
1️. Cut (Ctrl + X): It is used to cut the selected text to move from one location to another location.
Process:
1. Select the text or
image which you want to cut or move.
2. Click on Cut command
from home tab à Clipboard Group
3. Put the cursor where
you want to paste the text or image.
4. Click on Paste
Command.
2️. Copy (Ctrl + C): It is used to make a duplicate copy of selected text or image and store in clipboard.
यह option किसी भी Selected
Text, Image, या Other Content को Copy करके दूसरी जगह पर उसकी Duplicate बनाने के
लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।
Process:
1. Select the text or
image which you want to copy.
2. Click on Copy command

3. Put the cursor where
you want to paste the text or image.
4. Click on Paste Command.
3️. Paste (Ctrl + V): It is used to Paste
the cut or copied items (Text/image) from the clipboard on the cursor location.
You can cut or copy things once and paste it multiple times.
यह Option क्लिपबोर्ड
में Cut या Copy किए गए Text को Cursor की स्थिति पर Paste करने के लिए उपयोग किया
जाता है।
Process:
1. Put the cursor where
you want to paste the text or image.
2. Click on Paste
Command.
4️. Format Painter: It is used to copy the formatting from the selected text or image and apply over another text or image.
यह Tool, Text के Formattings
(जैसे: Font type, Size, Color) को copy करके दूसरे text पर apply करने के लिए
उपयोग किया जाता है।
Process:
1. Select text or image
which is formatted.
2. Click on Format
Painter option from the Home tab à Clipboard
3. Pointer, Paint brush में
बदल जाएगा।
4. Unformatted Text को
Drag कर Format करें।
Font Group: In this group of home
tab all the formatting related options like – bold, italic, etc. are available.
Font Group, MS Word के Home Tab में मौजूद है और यह text को format करने के लिए tools प्रदान करता है। इस group के द्वारा आप font style, size, color, text effects, और अन्य advanced options का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
Steps:
1. Select the text which
you want to change writing style.
2. Click on the font
drop down button to view writing styles.
3. Mouse over on
different fonts to show the preview.
4. Click on the font
style which you want to apply.

each word will be capital of selected text or paragraph.

tOGGLE cASE: It is just opposite of Capitalize each word

13. Clear Formatting (Ctrl + Space Bar): It is used to remove all the formatting from the selected text.

Paragraph Group: The Paragraph Group under the Home Tab provides various tools to format and structure your text, making it visually appealing and well-organized.

Creating Bulleted, Numbered, and Multilevel Lists
1. Numbering: It is used to make a number list. By default, it started from 1, 2, 3, … and you can also change it.

6. Line and Paragraph Spacing: It is used to increase or decrease spacing between two lines and Paragraphs.

Style Gallery: A row of commonly used styles like - Normal, Heading-1, Heading-2, Title, subtitle, etc. are present in this gallery.

Types of Styles
1. Normal:
It
is the Default style for regular text and uses standard font, size, and
spacing settings.
2. Heading
Styles: It is used for
creating headings and subheadings and also Organizes content hierarchically and
helps in creating a Table of Contents.
3. Title:
Used for distinct
style for the document title. It is larger and more decorative than other text.
4. Subtitle: For secondary titles, smaller than the title but visually distinct.
5. Quote: Formats text as a blockquote, often italicized or indented.
6. Emphasis: Applies italic or bold formatting to highlight text.
7. No
Spacing: Removes extra spacing between lines and paragraphs for
compact formatting.
Editing Group: The Editing Group in the Home Tab allows you to perform various editing tasks like finding, replacing, and selecting items in your document.
इस ग्रुप में वो सभी
कमांड होती हैं जिनके द्वारा आप document में आसानी से editing कर सकते हैं।
1. Find Command (CTRL + F): The Find command in MS Word allows you to quickly locate specific text or phrases within a document.
How to Find Text
1. Click on Find option

2. Type the text which
you want to find in your document
3. All the similar text
will be highlight.
2. Replace Command (CTRL + H): The Replace command in MS Word allows you to find specific text and replace it with new text throughout the document.
इस option का प्रयोग
किसी word को अन्य word से बदलने के लिए किया जाता है। Replace का उपयोग Home Tab
के Editing Group में जाकर या CTRL + H दबाकर किया जा सकता है।

3. Go To Command (CTRL + G): The Go To command in MS Word allows you to quickly navigate to a specific location in the document, such as a page, section, line, or bookmark.
यह option document के
किसी specific स्थान, जैसे Page, Line, या Bookmark, पर सीधे पहुंचने के लिए उपयोग
किया जाता है। Go To का उपयोग Home Tab के Editing Group में
जाकर या CTRL + G दबाकर किया जा सकता है।
How to Use Go To
1. Click on Go to option

2. Enter your desire
page number or choose section or heading name.
3. Click on Next.
4. Select Command (CTRL + A): The Select All command in MS Word allows you to select the entire content of the document at once. Shortcut: Ctrl + A.
